David Hoy
General Manager

David has a successful 25-year track record in sales management, operations, logistics, systems and personnel management. At Cazador, he is responsible for assembling a team of proven experts to deliver turnkey Initial Outfitting and Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E) solutions to the federal and commercial marketplace. Before Cazador, David was COO of TKC Integration Services, where he successfully implemented the back-office programs necessary to sell and manage federal government contracts. He has also held executive positions at GovConnection (PCCC) and GTSI. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy and has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering.

Barbara Issacs

Barbara Isaacs
Business Development Manager

Barbara has 22 years of experience in the FF&E (furniture, fixtures and equipment) industry. She started her career in NYC as a sales assistant for Knoll; one of the four largest office furniture manufacturers in the world. She moved to a PM role at a Knoll dealer in the DC metro area and transitioned to a Government Contracting Specialist position for ANADAC; a firm specializing in Federal construction/interior outfitting projects. Barbara also spent a number of years as an independent Contracting Specialist before joining the Cazador team. Barbara's extensive experience from the industry side as well as the government side proves invaluable in her current role as business development manager for Cazador. Understanding government procurement challenges and industry related solutions gives her the perfect combination of knowledge to bring to market Cazador's extensive capabilities to help the Government save time, money and aggravation. She is a graduate of University of Delaware.

Jeffrey Gillispie

Jeffrey Gillispie, NCIDQ #014015, IIDA, LEED AP
Business Development

Jeffrey has 17 years' experience in Federal Interior Design. Jeffrey is a graduate of the University of Kentucky Interior Design program and a certificate holder with the National Council of Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ). Jeffrey is past president of the Ohio Kentucky Chapter of International Interior Design Association (IIDA) and served a total of 11 years on the chapter board. He has completed numerous whole building structural and comprehensive interior packages for the full spectrum of Federal Government customers. At Cazador Jeffrey has worked as business development and interior design lead. He has overseen the furnishings portion of several multi-million dollar initial outfitting and transition turnkey projects with the Cazador DoD efforts. He has worked to develop and maintain vendor relations as defined by the DoD standards program. He has completed training in LEED and in SEPS II and performs JSN and LEED documentation on Cazador projects. He has also sold and solo Project Managed several million dollars' worth of furniture projects across the US for the military program.

Dana Hargbol

Dana Hargbol
Senior Director, Operations

Dana is responsible for all post award activities at Cazador. His goal is to leverage best practices, redesign existing business processes and improve overall company performance while delivering value to our clients. Dana has over 30 years of leadership and experience in finance and business operations. He was the former Vice President Finance & Administration of the International Communications Industries Association (ICIA) for 7 years. His first role with the association in 1993 was acting Executive Director to work with the Board of Governors to restructure and reorganize the organization in order to avoid bankruptcy. Since 1995, his role was deputy chief of staff and was chiefly responsible for the associations' accounting and finance operations, long-range association planning and setting senior staff performance objectives. In June 2000 Dana left ICIA to pursue personal business interests and has successfully launched a new company called CFO Solutions to assist small struggling companies with financial and management operational matters. Dana earned a bachelor's degree in both Accounting and MIS from New Hampshire College in Manchester, NH in 1979 and an MBA Finance from Strayer University in Washington, DC in 2005.

Mark Dias

Mark Dias
Director, Operations

As Cazador's Operations Director, Mark is responsible for overseeing all project operations and supervising the work of over 40 Cazador employees. These employees implement initial outfitting and transition projects for the Department of Defense and other federal agencies as well as customers in the commercial sector. Before joining Cazador, Mark served a distinguished military career retiring with the rank of Major from the US Air Force with over 20 years of active service, 14 of which were in military healthcare administration. Mark is a solutions-oriented, organizational leader with cross-functional knowledge in medical administrative requirements to include, budgeting, scheduling, productivity, logistics, and the ability to identify the most cost effective procedures and product lines. Mark has his BA from Southern California College and a Masters in Business Administration from William Carey College.

Miles Harrison

Miles Harrison
Director, Field Operations

Miles boasts over twenty two years of successful project management and transition planning experience. This experience includes the delivery of more than 1,300 projects globally focusing on healthcare, government, financial services, education, and civilian agencies. He has special skills building and training project teams, managing entire service delivery platforms, program management, solving complex client challenges without sacrificing service. He has a BS in business administration and SCE from The Ohio State University. He has been a featured speaker, holds the highest level certification from IOMI (Int'l Office Moving Institute) and has trained many commercial moving companies and project managers to deliver successful results.

Darlene Daley

Darlene Daley
Manager of Design Services

As Manager of Design Services, Darlene Daley is an experienced Interior Designer and an important contributor to the Cazador team. She is a proven leader with an extensive background in Corporate and Healthcare Interior Design, Design Management and Project Management. She has developed a comprehensive knowledge of the military FF&E standards as well as a broad understanding of standard procedures and requirements on military projects. Over the past two years she has facilitated the interior design efforts for $13.2 million in awards. Her attention to detail has been acknowledged and her extremely organized work manner has contributed to execution of Cazador project installations with minimal punch list items. Darlene is continually monitoring the premium quality standards set for her department. She ensures that she and her staff of highly qualified designers are well trained on the constantly updated software they use for drawings and specifications. They stay well informed of the latest innovative and functional products to better evaluate the relevancy of the products they specify for their projects, ensuring that client needs are surpassed. Darlene thrives in a collaborative environment and has proven herself very successful in working with a wide assortment of team members including architects, project managers, other interior designers, and end users. Her extensive knowledge and experience of the design process combined with her highly organized work manner and flexibility allow her to lead design teams with confidence and efficiency.

Terry Molnar

Terry Molnar
Manager, Medical Equipment Planning

Terry possesses more than 20 years of health care management, construction management and medical equipment management experience. As Executive Director, Planning, Design and Construction for the University of Chicago, Terry was responsible for managing daily operations for their annual $50 million dollar renovation and construction budget. Recently Terry has served as the Medical Equipment Planner for the replacement hospital located at Keesler AFB, the medical clinics located in Spangdahlem, Germany and Alconbury, England, and the Air Forces' largest IO&T contract modernizing 14 military hospitals and clinics located across the United States. Terry is a retired Navy Medical Service Corps Officer. He earned his Masters of Management (Summa cum Laude) at University of Redlands and his Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Management from Southern Illinois University.
