Cazador works closely with facility managers, program managers and contracting officers to understand, identify, offer and deliver turnkey build-out and relocation solutions.We specialize in healthcare facilities and Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) programs, but also have extensive experience with other government and commercial organizations. These projects are typically large, complex, infrequent—and fraught with risk.
