Health Facilities Planning Agency (HFPA) Western Region Program Office and Evans Army Hospital require contract support in the transition phase of the Soldier Family Care Clinic (SFCC) and the Evans Army Hospital Addition/Alteration projects.

Scope:
In Army HFP Service Contract Cazador is providing:
- Comprehensive project management services
- Off-post storage/warehouse management to include logistics of newly acquired equipment and equipment identified for reuse
- Bio-Medical Technical Engineer (BMET) services to support installation and testing of assigned equipment
- Tear down of existing furniture to include removal and transport to storage for reuse or to DRMO (Defense Re-utilization Marketing Office.)
- Inventory and staging of reusable furniture
- Personal contents move services to include sixteen (16) medical clinics
- Installation of contract specific, initial outfitting items (soap dispensers, paper towel holders, sharps containers, sanitary wipe and latex glove dispensers)
