Air Force Health Facilities Office (HFO) required contract support in the outfitting of a new Commander’s Conference Room.

Scope:

  • An AV system for Video Conference Room consisting of the following:
    • Two wall-mounted 50-inch plasma displays
    • One Blu-ray player
    • Two PC interface connection points
    • One CFE Tandberg 3000 bundle package including Wave Camera
  • An AV system for Commander’s Conference Room consisting of the following:
    • Blu-ray player
    • CFE TV tuner
    • CFE Dedicated PC
    • Auxiliary computer for connection to a presenter’s laptop at the CFE conference room table   
    • Auxiliary computer for connection to a presenter’s laptop at lectern
  • All audio visual equipment was installed into Nucraft’s High Tech Case Lectern and Performance Credenzas
  • Seven table top microphones were installed into Nucraft’s Neos Articulating Conference Table to support voice reinforcement for the room as well as audio  conferencing
