Case Study: Aviano AFB Hospital, Italy
Client required the reevaluation of a five-year-old CID package.
All parties were interviewed and new requirements were incorporated into the design. Product provisioning included international shipping and customs. The initial outfitting of this project was multi-phased to accommodate the construction schedule. Our team successfully managed unexpected construction delays and interactions with Italian authorities. Our logistics plan offered maximum flexibility, and as a result, the obstacles listed above did not impact the schedule or our successful execution of this contract.
