Health Facility Experts
Gil Weston – Chief of Health Facilities
Gil is responsible for Cazador’s worldwide Initial Outfitting operations. His primary duty is ensuring the seamless coordination of Cazador business units and external partners, such as IO Directorates, Space Planning, Medical Equipment and Transition Planning. He is a Certified Project Management Professional with 21 years of leadership in the healthcare industry. He has a strong background in medical acquisitions, supply chain management, finance, facility master planning and project management. A retired Air Force Officer, Gil most recently served as the Director of Air Force Medical Facilities Development (2007-2009) as well as Chief of Operations for the Eastern Region (2005-2007). His extensive health facilities knowedge and hands-on experience make him a critical asset for Cazador clients as they embark on Initial Outfitting and Healthcare Transition projects. Gil has a Masters in Science Health Systems and a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Mark Dias – Senior Initial Outfitting Director (IOD)
Mark is responsible for medical facility planning, design and program management. He is a soltions-oriented leader with cross-functional knowledge and experience in a wide array of medical administration requirements, including: budgeting, scheduling, productivity, logistics, and maintaining beneficiary satisfaction. Mark is a retired US Air Force officer, where he served for 10 years in a variety of healthcare administration roles, most recently as the Medical Emergency Management Specialist at Regional Headquarters in Hawaii and as Physician Practice Manager at Travis AFB. Mark is a Fellow with the American College of Healthcare Executives and has received training in a variety military health disciplines, including the Joint Operations Medical Planners, DoD Emergency Preparedness and Homeland Security Medical Executive Courses. He has a Masters in Business Administration from William Carey College and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Southern California College.
Miles Harrison – Manager, Transition Planning
Miles is responsible for overseeing all aspects of a client’s transition into new space or reconfiguration of existing space—including the development of relocation master plans, technology migration plans, relocation schedules, voice and data infrastructure design, furntiture
inventory, from/to lists, purge campaigns, vendor RFPs, on-site supervision, post-move help desk and invoice reconciliation. Miles has been in the relocation business for over 25 years, managing the relocation of over 100,000 people and 20 million square feet of space. He has has led large relocation efforts for the Department of Homeland Security, the US Supreme Court and the US Air Force. Miles has his master certification through IOMI and earned his BS in Business Administration from Almeda College.
